7. Start the auxiliary system: such as lubrication, cooling, etc..

9. Slowly drip about 500ml, 30# oil from the discharge port, strengthen and above model idle for about 1 minute, standard model idle for about 3 minutes, pay attention to observe the ammeter, voltmeter, the voltage should be in the rated voltage between plus or minus 10V, the current should be stable, no fluctuation.
10. Make sure that everything is normal after stopping the machine, the empty test machine is finished.
11. Plastic granulator head (mould head) can be installed, or not installed filter (generally assembled at the factory in the form of not installed filter), you can prepare your own required number of mesh filter for start-up use.
12. All aspects of the plastic pelletising machine inspection, to determine that there is no error can be ready to start.
